M&M Esthetics No-Show/Late Policy At M&M Esthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. We will be happy to reschedule you! No-Show Fee Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the time and resources set aside specifically for your visit. Late Policy We strive to provide each client with the highest level of service and care. In order to respect everyone’s time and keep our schedule running smoothly, we have implemented the following late policy: • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be charged a $10 late fee. • If you are late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments. • If you are more than 20 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and subject to our no-show policy.
